    Yes this is a bit of a problem. But I have had good experience only with dot.it.
    Had a damaged MOBO that was not even bought from him and he replaced it for me with no hassels.
    I am sure there is a good reason for his actions.
    Rig:
    Case: Coolermaster RC1010 Case
    Mobo: Asus Crosshair II Formula
    CPU: AMD 9950 Quad core

    Already sent him a PM; no reply.

    I’ll try calling him again, but I usually only get the “leave a message” thingy.

    Here’s what just happened before I typed this:

    My Skype status is set to away;
    Brian’s Skype status is set to Online;
    I change my status to Online and go into chat mode;
    Brain’s Skype status changes to away.

    EDIT: Update I just switched to invisible mode in Skype and in less than 10 seconds, boom, Brain’s back online.

    Now, I might just be really paranoid but that doesn’t seem all too dandy…

    Here’s the email I sent him [Yesterday]:

    "...Brian, I need the last few components to complete/build my rig – please sort out customs and deliver the components. If you’re unable to do so, please refund me – either way, I’d appreciate it if you’d contact me and give me an update. I’m on Skype all day..."

    The last time we spoke, Brian said that customs were holding on to my components for some reason…

    Plus email and Skype.

    I really hate when things like this happens. I really hope you can sort this out quickly Skull without it going too far. TitanKing especially is placed in a bad position since the whole idea of the site is too help people get their PC hardware at fair prices and too give people a chance to get closer to multiple dealers and to provide a channel of communication between the user and dealer. When a problem like this occurs it feels awefull and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I have to say this, as mods we will do what we can to sort these kind of issues out. It just shows that price is not everything when poor service is received. This is also bad news for a dealer since many people realise that they can't trust the dealer and so lots of potential business is lost. TitanKing and I will put some extra effort in to sort this thing out for you.

    Guy's, this is starting to worry me... If SkullHozer did send a PM to DOT.IT, then he must have got it, because he was online today. Maybe some-one should stay up late, and when DOT.IT goes online the guy staying on PCBG should go to "Who's online". He should then refresh the whole time to see if DOT.IT ever views this thread... Or, the mods can change the thread's name to "Attention DOT.IT, you've won R100000". Then he would look at this thread for shure. Anyway, got anny news yet SkullHozer!?
